Tip Top Chefs Julie Carlson and Sherrie Lindskog were this year’s winners of the 6th Annual International Cook County Chili Cook-Off.  Proceeds from the event support the Cook County Youth Snacks & Pack Program and the Coldwater Foundation Scholarship Fund
