Charges brought in care center narcotics theft

The Minnesota Hospital Association and state Health Department are organizing a coalition of hospitals and licensing boards to identify and close loopholes in drug-handling protocols that make it easier to steal. The initiative is timely, since narcotic pain patches have gone missing from the care center in Grand Marais, and charges have been brought against an employee. WTIP’s Jay Andersen has this report.
