Changes at Medicare could affect hospital

Medicare is changing some of the rules of the game at hospitals. WTIPs Jay Andersen spoke with North Shore Hospital administrator Kimber Wraalstad about doctors present at every process and procedure as well as the number of hours a patient is in local care.
