Author & journalist Damian Fowler on his new book, "Falling Through Clouds"

If you lived in Cook County in 2003, you probably remember the small plane crash that took the lives of the pilot and his sister-in-law, but spared the two little girls in the plane. Journalist Damian Fowler has written a book about the crash and its aftermath, called "Falling Through Clouds." He spoke with Buck Feb. 13 about why he wanted to tell this story, and how Toby Pearson (the girls' father) persisted, after losing his wife and almost losing his girls, to not only recover but to help make changes in aviation insurance law.
