The Arrowhead Regional Arts Council has announced a program for regional artists that can help them access health care. It’s called The Artist Fund. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Bob DeArmond who is treasurer for The Artist Fund as well as Executive Director of the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council in Duluth.
