The U.S. Department of Agriculture has awarded Arrowhead Electric Cooperative, a grant and loan package of $16 million for broadband infrastructure in Cook County. Joe Buttweiler is Director of Member Services for the cooperative. WTIPs Jay Andersen has the story.
