On Tuesday Arrowhead Electric Cooperative CEO Don Stead filled in the Cook County board on the intent of the electric coop’s re-entry into providing fiber optic services to the county. On Thursday he stopped by to talk about the details of that plan with WTIPs Jay Andersen.
