ARMER information discussed at commissioner meeting

At this week’s county board meeting, commissioners heard extensive presentations on the ARMER system as well as the cost to the county for the special prosecutor in the Scannell case.  WTIPs Jay Andersen spoke with Commissioner Garry Gamble.
