Energy Assistance through the Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) helps low-income residents heat their homes throughout the winter by providing help and information needed to manage their fuel costs. WTIP volunteer Mary Manning spoke with Anita Jeziah, the AEOA case manager/instructor in Grand Marais, about this program on North Shore Morning.
