Commissioners draft resolution against placing moose on endangered species list

Two Cook County Commissioners are drafting a resolution to not support placing moose on the federal Endangered Species List.
Commissioners Frank Moe and Garry Gamble are drafting the resolution, citing tribal rights, logging and other industry as the primary reasons they do not support placing moose under federal protection from the Endangered Species Act.
