Clinic wins 'Innovator of the Year Award'

Sawtooth Mountain Clinic was presented the ‘2018 Innovator of the Year Award’ by the Colon Cancer Coalition during a recent event in the Twin Cities.

The clinic’s effort to raise awareness about the value of a colorectal cancer screening was among the reasons the award was presented to the local healthcare facility. 

Kaylan Dix was working on clinical rotation in 2018 and was a project lead for this effort at Sawtooth Mountain Clinic. She spoke with WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs about the award.
