City wants feedback on parking ordinance update

The city of Grand Marais is considering making changes to its parking ordinance. While consideration of establishing a handful of 15-minute parking spots, designating employee parking in the municipal lot, designated parking for RVs and other ideas like that are still being discussed, winter alternate street parking could be approved at the next city council meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
 

The time to give city councilors and staff feedback on that idea is now.
