City imposes moratorium on development of a certain size and location

Wednesday night the city council passed a moratorium on buildings over 5,000 square feet in zones at either end of town. On “Daybreak” Jay Andersen spoke WTIP reporter Joe Friedrichs who was at the meeting and takes us through a complicated process.
