City and county seeking input on Sawtooth Bluff property

The county's Park and Trails Department, a division of the county's Land Use Department, is working on a Sawtooth Bluff Master Plan on how the county property overlooking Grand Marais should be developed. 

Trail user groups, the Grand Marais Parks Department, and the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission (ARDC) have been working on this for several months now. The public is encouraged to take a look at the plan here. 

WTIP's Rhonda Silence spoke with Grand Marais Parks Department Director Dave Tersteeg this week about a number of park and recreation issues. Here's an excerpt of the discussion about the Sawtooth Bluff planning efforts.
