The Birch Grove Community Center is owned by the Town of Tofte, which is working to find ways to maintain the building and sustain the various programs offered there.

One program that has operated out of the building in Tofte is W.E. Connect, or West End Connect. Things are changing for the organization that used to be known as the Birch Grove Foundation. W.E. Connect will no longer have an office in the Birch Grove building.

WTIP's Rhonda Silence speaks with Jim King, president of the W.E. Connect board about what's ahead.
