Chamber director on workforce "Plan B"

There has been discussion recently in the community about coming up with a workforce plan if foreign workers are not available. The plan has been referred to as "Plan B" and currently is in early delevopment.  WTIP's Jay Andersen spoke with Cook County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Jim Boyd about ideas being discussed as possible solutions.
