Census field ops suspended due to COVID-19, you can still report online at 2020census.gov

Based on guidance from federal, state and local health authorities, on March 28 the U.S. Census Bureau suspended 2020 Census field operations for two additional weeks to April 15.

The Census Bureau announced it is taking this step to help protect the health and safety of the American public, Census Bureau employees, and temporary census takers.

The 2020 Census is still open for self-response online at 2020Census.gov and citizens are encourage to go online to report and be counted today, April 1, Census Day 2020.
