Bright, cold and no snow in the forecast

The big snow that hit the southern part of the state and the narrow band the hit the Northland missed us. And, while the weather will remain sunny and a bit cold, there doesn’t appear to be snow in the forecast. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with National Weather Service Justin Schultz.
