Brea Boomer -- a teacher and a model

Brea Boomer, a former Grand Portage resident and a 2011 graduate of Cook County High School earned a degree in preschool and elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She happily began her teaching career, but at the encouragement of a friend, she went to a call for models. 
 

That led to a second career, as a model. She has worked for Soma, Kohl's, and more. Click the photo to see a slideshow of more of Brea's modeling work.
