Award-winning cookbook author Beth Dooley was recently in Grand Marais leading some classes at North House.  While in town, she stopped by WTIP and the Roadhouse to talk with Julie about her latest cookbook, 'Sweet Nature,' which celebrates two natural sweeteners, honey and maple syrup.
