Artworks is a forthcoming artists' co-operative in Cook County that is the brainchild of Grand Marais mayor Jay Arrowsmith-Decoux and local artist J. Neisen. Will Moore finds out what their plans for Artworks entail, regarding how the cooperative will be organized and how it will benefit local artists.
