Annual emergency conference is scheduled for late April

The annual emergency response conference is approaching in late April. As always, it’s a big two-day event for volunteer responders and the public alike.  WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Cook County’s Emergency Managaement Director Valerie Marasco.
