Usually closed through the winter, the Angry Trout Cafe is trying something new this year. A small team will be making and bottling their trademark salad dressings for distribution to co-ops and grocery stores statewide. Elliot Noyce has been leading the project. WTIP's Will Moore speaks with him to learn more.
