Administrator discusses budgets, the highway engineer and human services

The county budget setting process begins, as does the replacement for the county engineer.  The future of the Health and Human Services director remains a somewhat open issue. WTIP's Jay Andersen spoke with County Administrator, Jeff Cadwell.
